Upon Leather 2 Pack Leather Strop

This is a nice package with all you need to hone all your tools to a scary sharp edge. It includes two pieces of leather and double-sided tape to fasten them on almost any surface. You can use them with or without any honing compound, but you will see faster results with the compound. This is a matter of preference and how high of grit you used before the leather.

You can add the compound on either side of the leather but the suede side is more aggressive. One good alternative is to first use the suede side with compound and then switching over to the smooth side for the final polishing.

If you have added too much honing compound on one side, you can start over bu removing it with regular sandpaper.
